Brycetech: Bryce Links to Personal Image Sites

Home  | Gallery  |  Driven

What can one say about another person's art? Amazing? Beautiful? How?...Why?

Below are some of the chosen links for this site.  Being a little snobbish about the quality of 3D art, rest assured...if the link is here, the images are nothing short of amazing.  Don't skip any of the links below.  Here is the place to see what can be done in this little program called Bryce.

Personal thanks to all the wonderful artists below who allowed me to use a picture from their site on this page.  Please remember that the artwork is copyright protected by the each artist.  Do not use any of the pictures without their express permission.

Brycetech Quick Summary

Axe's Page Really impressive graphics! 3D at its best... Don't miss this one!
Authors Note: "...My aim when creating a new piece tends towards seeing how far I can push my ability to use Bryce... This usually means each image takes well over a month to complete and often results in 15 to 20 versions of the same scene before I'm happy with it. My main inspiration revolves around what Bryce does best - Nature..."
Baument Creative use of Poser in Bryce.  Some images that will make you just wonder... See this one!
Bjorn's Page A really great gallery. One that you won't want to miss.
Cajun Graphics hanley.jpg (2801 bytes) Back when I first began this site, I saw this artist's Bryce work.  In fact, one of the tutorials here was created just for him.  I've been watching him since day one, and as this site has grown so has his talent! You need to see this one! Way to go Hanley!
Calyxa's Page  Calyxa has been doing images in Bryce since Bryce1.  Will make you wonder, "How was that done?"  Excellent graphics!
Chemical Studios An impressive display of art.  A totally automatic slideshow of the pictures on the site.  Gotta see this one.
Clay Graphics A very Rivenesque feel to all of Clay's picts. Excellent images!
Fourtrackmind You just got to see this one to believe it.  Excellent abstract and perspective render art done in Bryce.
Author's Note: "Product that creates movies for mind... Fourtrackmind Productions invites you to shed your monkey skin and immerse yourself in "Remembrance Of Things I've Never Really Seen", textures and images in Bryce bubbling up from deep within... Take a full breath and click here now. "
Gunther Berkus Ok, so occasionally even I have to say that abstract art is great :)
HangTime Some truly great images by one of the best known Brycer's out there!  Check these out.  Finally together in one place!
Hywel Phillips Some really impressive natural and SciFi pictures.  I never get tired of "Galactic Center Point"
Author's Note: "I like Bryce because it allows me to record the pictures in my head in a way that I lack the skill (and patience) to do with more traditional media. In particular, the vividness, luminosity and saturation of color is so much easier to achieve than hours of slavish work with my airbrush- and there's that wonderful "Undo" option!"
Fractional Sanity Occasionally, as a joke, I tell Rancid Moth that he should fire his psychiatrist .   Anyone that looks at his images has to agree his images are truly inspired.
Kano I was told that Kano uses the earlier versions of Bryce to create these amazing images.  He has really mastered grayscale modeling in the terrain editor.  See this!
Karen Witzel Karen's art uses poser in truly inspired ways.  One of my favorite Bryce/poser sites on the internet.  See this one!
Kennect Really interesting art done with Poser.   This is one of the BEST poser sites I have seen!  See this one!
Michelle Surges Michelle's artwork is purely a "joy" to look at.
Mind Tour Some really excellent images, guaranteed to inspire.  See this one!
Planet 3D Amazing images.. totally worth the effort to see!  Don't miss the "Encounter with Santa" and "The Wall"!
Author's Note: "I don't feel the need to limit myself to just one type of picture. That is why you will see or eventually see Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Landscapes, and Still Life pictures on my site. I also like to take inspiration from music. Often when I listen to a song that I like, I will get a mental picture. I then like to transfer these mental pictures into 3D art. "
Sepapu Want to see some of the most amazing SciFi art I've ever seen?  This is the place!
Skywalkers Gallery Fantastic Brycian art.  One not to be missed!
Tony Seymour Excellent images categorized for easier location of images.  Don't miss "Poseidon"!
Author's Note: You will see from my website that I try to steer away from doing Sci-Fi pictures, it's been done to death and I would rather let it be done by folks who are better at it than me. I like to recreate scenes or objects from History that might give the viewer an idea of times gone by. In my view that's one of the most under-used opportunities for computer graphics and one which I hope my works might inspire others to try for themselves.
